Went swimming today :) It felt good.

Haven't swum for a long time. I love swimming haha! Its one time when I feel really really free. And it >> running cos you won't actually feel sticky and sweaty.

Haha must start to train and exercise to get in shape. I'm on like a 2500 calories/day diet now, and if I don't exercise, I'm going to look like another zhiyi :P

And at 6 meals and 2500 calories a day, if I still don't gain weight I can just go bang my head on the wall.

Must hit 60kg by next year. I can't believe I was so stressed that I lost 2kg over the promos week wtheck.
