Hmm just an honest question. How many people actually bother to do warm-up exercises before you swim? None right?
I haven't been moving my ass a lot ever since the cool holiday job at RI where we played soccer during our free time. Speaking of which, I just got my invoice today, where it stated that I got $155.50 for that 4 days of "work". And speaking of work, the current one where Patrick and I go there and waste the whole day on the computer is freaking BORING. Morale of the story: Always go to work or any other event with 3 other colleagues to form the magic number "4" and a pack of cards or mahjong set. ^^
Anw, I went swimming today. Started with the normal breastroke, or frog-style if you prefer to call it that way, then went on to freestyle. Then I went on to butterfly, and after like 2 laps, on the third lap I kena-ed a cramp on my right leg.
I manged to struggle to the side of the pool and rested there, then after like 5 minutes the cramp subsided and i went on to swim freestyle slowly again, and this time I kena-ed a cramp on my left leg.

Basketball, badminton, SOCCER anyone??
